Seamless Integration
MYCS developed a configurator for the customization of furniture and for their website on their own and integrated it seamlessly with NetSuite. At checkout on the website, the data is transferred to NetSuite, which controls the company’s core processes: lead-to-cash and procure-to-pay. The “assembly app” was developed as a NetSuite Suitelet. It supports the MYCS field service from pick-up in the warehouse to completion of the assembly at the customer site.
