Peter studied Business Administration and Computer Science at the University of Hamburg. After many years in SAP development, in various roles, and with a focus on internal Accounting (SAP CO) and SAP Business By Design, he joined Alta Via which he has been with since 2008. In addition to consulting projects in the SAP environment, he has since developed the topic of NetSuite for Alta Via.

At Alta Via he takes care of development projects, finance, and customer projects.

Parth brings over a decade of international experience as a seasoned NetSuite architect. Having led multi-national ERP projects across diverse sectors, he possesses deep insight into global business processes. As Managing Director, he steers the strategic direction of Alta Via Consulting, ensuring long-term success through innovative Cloud solutions.

Parth is an engineer with degrees in Organizational Analysis and Operations Management from Pune University (India), IIT-Bombay (India), Wharton University of Pennsylvania, and Stanford University (USA).

He lives in the technology hub of Germany – Berlin – and likes to travel and explore.

Martin has been responsible for sales and the NetSuite partner business at Alta Via since 2011. He laid the technical foundations for the consulting-intensive user software business during his studies, with a focus on software engineering, in Berlin.

Long-term stays abroad in small and medium-sized companies, a lot of travel and an entrepreneurial spirit have shaped his character with a lot of understanding of the customer’s point of view.

Martin has been living in Berlin with his wife and two children since 1998. He is a passionate tennis player and loves to ski.

Sarbajit has been a part of the Alta Via family since April 2022. To the team, he brings 7 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation and Project Management.

Sarbajit has also worked with other ERPs like SAP B1 as well as Dynamics NAV and over the years has gained experience with both standard and custom implementations for various industries, such as retail, manufacturing, and education.

He has completed his Masters’s Degree in Computer Application, which has helped him immensely with various integration projects. Sarbajit has also functional knowledge of eCommerce software like Magento and Shopify.

He is a sports enthusiast who loves traveling and music.

Trishia, who has been an Alta Via member since May 2022, started her career as an auditor for EY Philippines after getting her CPA license. After two years, she eventually joined Deutsche Bank as a product controller, handling the revenue recognition and transfer pricing of their mergers and acquisitions product. Getting interested in the tech side of accounting, she decided to join Netsuite as a Senior Consultant with a specialization in the software industry.

Trishia enjoys listening to and exploring new music, traveling, reading novels, and swimming.

Ons began her journey at Alta Via in April 2022 as a NetSuite Developer for her graduation internship while still studying Software Engineering atINSAT (Tunisia),

During her internship, Ons gained valuable experience in developing and delivering NetSuite solutions to clients, which she finds both challenging and rewarding. After completing her degree she continued to work with Alta Via as a full-time member of the team.

Outside of work, Ons likes to go out for walks and explore the city as well as occasionally going for a hike. She has a creative side that she likes to indulge through drawing and painting, often while enjoying mystery shows and movies.

Alex has been a member of the Alta Via team since August 2022. He holds a bachelor in finance and is a CMA designation holder (certified management accountant), as well as NetSuite certified ERP consultant. Alex has experience in various finance roles in multinational companies in different industries: power generation, civil and industrial engineering and construction, software. He has experience working in NetSuite as a key user since 2018 for a multinational software holding, in both implementation and operational stages.

In his free time, Alex enjoys sports, especially football, and spending time in nature with his family.

Nitesh joined Alta Via as a NetSuite Developer in March 2023. He completed his Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at Pune University, India. He then began working as a software developer, mostly on ERP customizations and integrations.

During his career as a web developer, Nitesh worked mainly on web technologies and databases like ASP.Net, SQL, and JavaScript. He then switched his career to ERP and for the first 3 years, he worked with Sage X3 ERP before he switched to NetSuite.
After being a NetSuite Developer/Consultant for 4 years now, Nitesh has experience with working on NetSuite customisations, e-commerce integrations, WMS integrations etc. as well as with integration middleware tools like Workato and Celigo.

He likes new technologies and tools and enjoys challenging tasks. Working with a NetSuite end user for 1.5 years before joining Alta Via has helped him greatly in understanding the end-to-end business needs of a company. It also allowed him to witness the challenges faced by a company firsthand and to learn how to overcome those.

In his free time, he likes to travel and is looking forward to exploring Berlin during the weekends and holidays. Nitesh also likes to play Badminton and Cricket.

Selma embarked on her professional journey with Alta Via in March 2023 as a NetSuite developer for her graduation internship while studying software engineering at ENSI. 

This internship was her first step into the ERP and NetSuite world, where she quickly developed a strong interest and gained valuable experience through various challenges. 

After graduating, her enthusiasm and commitment to this field led her to join the team full-time as a NetSuite developer.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Selma enjoys spending quality time with friends, exploring new cities, delving into books, and continuously seeking to learn and grow.

Rostislav started as a Trainee at AltaVia in November 2023. Prior to that, he worked as a CRM Consultant and Project/Customer Success Manager at various IT companies and gained experience in implementation and support.

In his free time, Rostislav enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family and friends.

Ani joined Alta Via in 2025 as a Business Development Manager.

With a degree in Business Communications Management and International Marketing, she found her way to the meta-level of all business relationships early on. Experience in public relations, community management and account management for complex solutions round off her profile. In her freetime she enjoys long walks, crafting cosmetics, and spend time with her family and cat.

Dr. Archana Madabattula holds a Doctorate in Information Technology from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva. She is a certified Oracle NetSuite Consultant with credentials in SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Multi-Book Accounting, and Advanced Revenue Management.

With over 15 years of ERP experience across Germany, the UK, and India, Archana has successfully delivered and led several complex NetSuite projects involving advanced revenue models, Coupa integrations, global financial consolidations, and multi-subsidiary rollouts. Her expertise extends into Oracle Fusion SCM—covering Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Cost Accounting modules—and SAP SD, where she has implemented full-cycle projects and data migrations.

Archana combines her academic foundation with practical leadership to design intelligent, compliant, and business-aligned ERP systems. Based in Hamburg, she thrives on solving intricate system challenges and collaborating across global teams to drive digital transformation.

Sachin joined Alta Via in May 2025 as a Senior NetSuite Developer.

After completing his Master’s in Computer Application at Mumbai University, he began his career developing PHP-based CRM applications — a phase that quickly sparked his excitement for new technologies. Over the past 10 years, he has worked on NetSuite projects around the world, creating solutions that streamline finance, inventory, e-commerce, and sales processes.

Sachin understands NetSuite from the ground up. He builds reports that drive real insights, uses data to inform decisions, and finds practical solutions to complex challenges across global subsidiaries. One of his highlights: developing a full NetSuite billing system for an international customer.

He finds balance in watching web series, spending time with his daughter, and exploring new places on weekend family trips.

Thierry joined Alta Via in 2025. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, controlling, and internal auditing, he has supported and led ERP implementations for systems such as SAP, Navision, Workday, NetSuite, and Pennylane across various industries — from gastronomy and chemicals to communications and e-commerce.

Having worked in over 30 countries, Thierry bridges the gap between technical configuration and the practical needs of finance teams. He pays particular attention to local requirements, especially in Germany and France.

Outside of work, Thierry supports young entrepreneurs in bringing their business ideas to life. He’s also passionate about Polish cinema and Art Nouveau.

Raphael joined Alta Via after several years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite — first in technical support at Oracle and later as a NetSuite Administrator at a nutrition scale-up. His background provides him with valuable insight into both the product and customer perspectives, which he brings to every implementation project.

Originally from Brazil, Raphael made the transition to IT about six years ago and is currently pursuing additional NetSuite certifications to further deepen his expertise.

Outside of work, he’s a sports enthusiast who enjoys nature, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends. And yes — in true Brazilian style, his full name is very impressive and much longer (Raphael Ribeiro da Silva Albino), but he keeps it simple for everyone else.

Since April 2026, Tulsi Ravindran has been part of Alta Via Consulting as a Senior NetSuite Consultant, supporting companies from Berlin, Germany.

She brings more than 10 years of experience in ERP and business systems. Her career started at Deloitte, where she spent five years delivering NetSuite implementations for prominent MNCs. She later moved into e-commerce, first with a solutions provider and then at a Berlin-based Amazon brand aggregator, focusing on supply chain processes, automation, and seamless system integration.

Her background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering still shapes her work today: analytical, structured, and driven by a fascination for complex systems. She is also a Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant.

Outside of work, she enjoys learning new songs on the ukulele.
