Since July 2021 I am working as Sales Manager ERP Software at Alta Via and I am excited to join the new Sales Team. As part of the team, I am facing the challenge to sell NetSuite licenses in Germany. For me, it is very exciting to help companies grow and contribute to their process automation.
Understanding the needs of a growing company and transforming that into software is what I enjoy the most. At Alta Via, I not only got the chance to use my previous knowledge but also to expand it: In the “Suite Week” I got to know NetSuite from the sales aspect. With the help of the knowledge from the “Demo and Delivery Week” I packed technical tools into my sales suitcase to be able to advise our customers even better.
I find it very exciting to be part of a team where everyone speaks the NetSuite language. Everyone here has the opportunity to go above and beyond and contribute to the company’s success with their own skills.
I feel very connected to the team, even though I work from my home office in Heidelberg – much to the delight of my dog :). Not only the very exciting onboarding process contributed to this, but also the willingness of my colleagues in Berlin to show me beautiful places in Berlin.
What gives me joy in my job every day is learning new things, getting answers to my questions at any time, and talking to customers from different industries. It is exactly this direct contact and the opportunity to get to know the needs of the companies firsthand that led me into sales. For the last two years, I worked as a sales manager for a software license distributor. The desire to know and understand more and more led me to seek a new challenge and to want to sell an entire ERP system.
After seven years of experience in human resources, financial control, and reporting, I wanted to know more about the technical side of the software. I retrained as a technical consultant. As an HCM Consultant, I supported national and international customers in the DACH region and Eastern Europe in the area of SAP HCM Reporting and SuccessFactors.
Before I discovered my passion for the technology world, I studied law in Romania and linguistics (German, Romanian and Spanish) in Heidelberg. Languages are and will always be my passion: I love to communicate, so I am very happy to have found an open team at Alta Via.
