The Alta Via Absence Management and Resource Planning for NetSuite

Alta Via's absence and resource planning bundle lets you manage the absences of all employees in NetSuite.

With the absence and resource planning module, employees can plan holidays within NetSuite and have them easily approved by their supervisors or the HR department. Emails are sent to the respective persons, either requesting confirmation or informing them about a successful confirmation. Additionally, there are various reports for the HR department to get a full cycle overview.

The Alta Via Absence Management and Resource Planning for NetSuite​

National holidays can be entered and are taken into account specific to branch or location. All absence types are freely configurable and extensible, so other absence types can be created in addition to the standard “holiday” and “sickness”, such as “special leave”, weddings or bereavements.

Smart monthly overviews show you all types of absences for all employees and for each branch or location, for example, to minimize overlaps. In addition, occupancy plans can be created or illnesses can entered.

There are two approval workflows, one with the manager entered in NetSuite and one via the HR department. The routing can be set individually for each type of absence.

There will be about 8 to 16 hours of additional adjustments needed on the customer’s NetSuite account.
