You can switch from Alta Via to the Managed Success program after NetSuite has been implemented and the system is up and running. Your Alta Via Consulting team will continue to assist you with new implementations and strategic consulting around NetSuite.
Our retainer-based pricing model is based on the resources included within the success plan. For Bronze, our standard configuration for a 0.5 FTE is Functional 35%, Technical 10%, and Leadership 5%; for this, we charge 5.000 €.
