Peter studied Business Administration and Computer Science at the University of Hamburg. After many years in SAP development, in various roles, and with a focus on internal Accounting (SAP CO) and SAP Business By Design, he joined Alta Via which he has been with since 2008. In addition to consulting projects in the SAP environment, he has since developed the topic of NetSuite for Alta Via.

At Alta Via he takes care of development projects, finance, and customer projects.
Sports and culture are essential elements of his free time.

Martin has been responsible for sales and the NetSuite partner business at Alta Via since 2011. He laid the technical foundations for the consulting-intensive user software business during his studies, with a focus on software engineering, in Berlin.

Long-term stays abroad in small and medium-sized companies, a lot of travel and an entrepreneurial spirit have shaped his character with a lot of understanding of the customer’s point of view.

Martin has been living in Berlin with his wife and two children since 1998. He is a passionate tennis player and loves to ski.

With his extensive international experience in the implementation of NetSuite, Parth joined the Alta Via Consulting team in Berlin in 2018. He has overseen the implementation of NetSuite ERP and CRM in various corporate divisions including wholesale distribution, retail, services, manufacturing, etc.

His experience in the US, Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia helps to understand and leverage international business cultures. Parth plays a role in solution consulting and architecture to enable our clients to transition to the cloud and operate successfully with it.

Parth is an engineer with degrees in Organizational Analysis and Operations Management from Pune University (India), IIT-Bombay (India), Wharton University of Pennsylvania, and Stanford University (USA).

He recently moved to Berlin to live in the technology hub of Europe. He likes to travel and explore.

Nico has been with Alta Via since 2020. Previously, he had been working with Alta Via on the customer side for 6 years and accompanied the successful introduction of NetSuite. Nico’s focus is on the area of ​​testing. From small individual adjustments to large and complex overall solutions, his thorough and structured manner enables him to uncover gaps and errors and thus contribute to the improvement of processes.

He lives with his family in Cologne and is a passionate collector of modern action figures.

Before Rhon joined Alta Via as a Senior NetSuite Consultant in May 2021, she worked 3 years for PwC’s Assurance Services, eventually as a Senior Auditor. After her experience at PwC, she moved to Oracle NetSuite in the Philippines where she worked as a Senior Functional Consultant and got in contact with Alta Via for the first time. Rhon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines.

She loves to travel and enjoys the hybrid setup which lets her combine her passion and professional life. Besides traveling, she spends her free time with HIIT (High-intensity interval training), bouldering, and randomly checking for cheap flights online.

Lucky joined Alta Via in February 2021. He first started his career in the ERP Industry in 2016 as an SAP Consultant. Lucky was then introduced to NetSuite in 2018 where he implemented full life-cycle projects in various business setups such as Software, Services, Light Manufacturing, and Wholesale Distribution.

He has also worked in implementing NetSuite Integrations with other systems for different e-commerce platforms.
Lucky enjoys traveling and plays Badminton in his spare time

Niall has been with Alta Via since April 2021. He has 10 years of experience creating IT systems for process automation and digitalisation in the startup and corporate worlds.

Technical project management is his day to day with a specific focus on customized logistics processes and 3rd party integrations.

“NetSuite makes different parts of a company rely on each other by connecting their processes. The challenge is getting everyone working from the same process list so that the system can operate smoothly. I like being at the center of all this activity and helping people understand what is going on outside of their process.”

Niall has a very cute dog that he considers the brains of the operation.

Monisha has been with Alta Via since June 2021. The opportunity to work as a NetSuite developer is something Monisha is truly grateful for. In the past few years, she has worked as a NetSuite administrator in Düsseldorf, what she considered as an excellent opportunity to brush up her developer skills. Each project she has worked on kept her interested in learning new things. 

For Monisha, there’s no doubt that moving to Berlin has been one of the best decisions she has ever made; the diversity of the city has made her feel at home from the get-go. 

Monisha has always been an art lover and continues to explore the city’s art and architecture. Reading and cooking are her favorite things to pass the time with.

Natalia joined AltaVia in July 2021. She has an MBA degree, focused on Technology Management and Innovation Strategy, and holds diplomas in Finance and Civil Law.

She has over 20 years of finance, accounting, and controlling experience in manufacturing, IT, hospitality, and e-commerce (publicly quoted companies, Tier-1 automotive suppliers, and start-ups). Before starting as a consultant, she held the regional CFO position and brought with her extensive international working experience (Russia, Czech Republic, Germany, UK, US, Canada, Slovakia, and Turkey).

Natalia also has strong project lead experience in SAP ERP implementation and optimization.

In addition, she is a certified executive coach, business trainer, and IMI Qualified Mediator.

Polina joined Alta Via as an intern in the field of NetSuite Development  in March 2022. After  finishing her master degree in applied mathematics from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (Ukraine) in December 2012, she has been working for Alta Via on a full time basis.

Polina likes listening to music, to puzzle and she loves cats.

Monica has been working as Sales Manager at Alta Via since July 2021. To understand the needs of a growing company and to transform that into software is what she enjoys the most. 

For her, it is very exciting to be part of a team where everyone speaks the NetSuite language. What gives her joy every day is learning new things and talking to customers from different industries. It is exactly this direct contact and the opportunity to get to know the needs of the companies first hand that led her into sales. For the last two years, she worked as a sales manager for a software license distributor. 

After seven years of experience in human resources, financial controlling and reporting, she wanted to know more about the technical side of the software and retrained as a technical consultant. As an HCM Consultant, she supported national and international customers in the DACH region and Eastern Europe in the area of SAP HCM Reporting and SuccessFactors. 

Before she discovered her passion for the technology world, Monica studied law in Romania and linguistics (German, Romanian and Spanish) in Heidelberg. Languages are her passion. She loves to communicate, so she is very happy to be able to do what she is currently doing.

Sarbajit has been a part of the Alta Via family since April 2022. To the team, he brings 7 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation and Project Management.

Sarbajit has also worked with other ERPs like SAP B1 as well as Dynamics NAV and over the years has gained experience with both standard and custom implementations for various industries, such as retail, manufacturing, and education.

He has completed his Masters’s Degree in Computer Application, which has helped him immensely with various integration projects. Sarbajit has also functional knowledge of eCommerce software like Magento and Shopify.

He is a sports enthusiast who loves traveling and music.

Trishia, who has been an Alta Via member since May 2022, started her career as an auditor for EY Philippines after getting her CPA license. After two years, she eventually joined Deutsche Bank as a product controller, handling the revenue recognition and transfer pricing of their mergers and acquisitions product. Getting interested in the tech side of accounting, she decided to join Netsuite as a Senior Consultant with a specialization in the software industry.

Trishia enjoys listening to and exploring new music, traveling, reading novels, and swimming.

Ons began her journey at Alta Via in April 2022 as a NetSuite Developer for her graduation internship while still studying Software Engineering atINSAT (Tunisia),

During her internship, Ons gained valuable experience in developing and delivering NetSuite solutions to clients, which she finds both challenging and rewarding. After completing her degree she continued to work with Alta Via as a full-time member of the team.

Outside of work, Ons likes to go out for walks and explore the city as well as occasionally going for a hike. She has a creative side that she likes to indulge through drawing and painting, often while enjoying mystery shows and movies.

Alex has been a member of the Alta Via team since August 2022. He holds a bachelor in finance and is a CMA designation holder (certified management accountant), as well as NetSuite certified ERP consultant. Alex has experience in various finance roles in multinational companies in different industries: power generation, civil and industrial engineering and construction, software. He has experience working in NetSuite as a key user since 2018 for a multinational software holding, in both implementation and operational stages.

In his free time, Alex enjoys sports, especially football, and spending time in nature with his family.

Norbert joined Alta Via in January 2023. He has a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, and he brings 12 years of Controlling, Reporting, FP&A, ERP implementation and project management experience to the team. Norbert has been a NetSuite key user and administrator since 2020.

In his free time, Norbert enjoys spending time with his family and doing all kinds of sports.

Tuba has been part of Alta Via since January 2023, closing in on 3 years of experience working with NetSuite. She has worked in a wide range of NetSuite integrations and customizations for international clients with diverse and multicultural teams.

She previously worked in a variety of software development roles, where she gained experience in full-stack development and business process modelling. She holds a master’s degree in Advanced computer science from the University of Manchester.

Tuba has been associated with different non-profit programs which help young people get started with their journey in tech, and enjoys being part of community events and gatherings.

Nitesh joined Alta Via as a NetSuite Developer in March 2023. He completed his Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at Pune University, India. He then began working as a software developer, mostly on ERP customizations and integrations.

During his career as a web developer, Nitesh worked mainly on web technologies and databases like ASP.Net, SQL, and JavaScript. He then switched his career to ERP and for the first 3 years, he worked with Sage X3 ERP before he switched to NetSuite.
After being a NetSuite Developer/Consultant for 4 years now, Nitesh has experience with working on NetSuite customisations, e-commerce integrations, WMS integrations etc. as well as with integration middleware tools like Workato and Celigo.

He likes new technologies and tools and enjoys challenging tasks. Working with a NetSuite end user for 1.5 years before joining Alta Via has helped him greatly in understanding the end-to-end business needs of a company. It also allowed him to witness the challenges faced by a company firsthand and to learn how to overcome those.

In his free time, he likes to travel and is looking forward to exploring Berlin during the weekends and holidays. Nitesh also likes to play Badminton and Cricket.

Selma embarked on her professional journey with Alta Via in March 2023 as a NetSuite developer for her graduation internship while studying software engineering at ENSI. 

This internship was her first step into the ERP and NetSuite world, where she quickly developed a strong interest and gained valuable experience through various challenges. 

After graduating, her enthusiasm and commitment to this field led her to join the team full-time as a NetSuite developer.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Selma enjoys spending quality time with friends, exploring new cities, delving into books, and continuously seeking to learn and grow.

Christian has been with Alta Via since April 2023. He enriches our team with his many years of experience, which he was able to collect in numerous global NetSuite and SAP implementation projects. He successfully implemented his first NetSuite projects in cooperation with Alta Via between 2013 and 2018.

Christian’s roots are in supply chain management. Here, he worked for around 20 years in various industrial sectors.
Christian likes to spend his free time with his family, in the gym, on his bike or playing ice hockey.

Celine has been a member of the AltaVia team since November 2023 and has a solid education in business administration/service management with a focus on consulting and HR management. She is looking forward to putting her theoretical knowledge into practice.

She also loves traveling in her free time and getting to know new places and cultures.

Rostislav started as a Trainee at AltaVia in November 2023. Prior to that, he worked as a CRM Consultant and Project/Customer Success Manager at various IT companies and gained experience in implementation and support.

Martin supports the team with his in-depth experience in the fields of customer relationship management and sales. Thanks to his academic focus in accounting and finance, as well as his practical experience in the field of analytics, he offers the necessary expertise to understand complex problems from the customer’s perspective and to solve them for the team.

In his free time, he enjoys meeting friends, playing video games, reading Eastern comics and regularly practicing Tai Chi.

Maren is responsible for all marketing activities at Alta Via. After completing her Master degrees in business administration both in Nuremberg and Strasbourg, she gained extensive marketing experience in a wide variety of companies – from large corporations to agile startups.

Her focus is on the conceptual and editorial areas of digital marketing. In addition to her work, she finds balance playing tennis – just like her colleague Martin – but also in nature. At Alta Via she appreciates the agile and multicultural working atmosphere and the opportunity to achieve a great deal together.

Rudolf joined Alta Via with the foundation of Alta Via Austria in January 2022. After studying Business in Vienna, he worked for about 30 years as  SAP consultant in US and all over Europe.

This job included all relevant steps from business concept up to Go Live and ongoing Support within Controlling and Reporting. Now his focus is on developing business for Alta Via in Austria – in regards of getting further consultants on Board as well as new Business.

Rudolf enjoys Salzburg’s environment througout the year: cultur & festivals, skiing & skitours, lakes & swimming, hiking & biking. On top, he loves to travle and see the world.
